Thai-Style Stir Fry


Made my housemate a wok of stirfry while he finishes his thesis.


Ingredients


Whatever vegetables I got (eggplant, pepper, mushroom)

Aromatics (red onion, garlic)

Tofu

Little chilis

Sauces and stirfry mixers (fish sauce, soy sauce, xiaoxing)

Proof of Purpose (Thai basil, cashews)

Oil (mostly veggie, a little chili)


Heat the oil, add the aromatics and chilis. When those smell good add veggies. When that reduces, add sauces and proof of purpose ingredients. Transfer cooked veg out, cook down tofu in the leftover oil and liquid.
